Since their 'first use by strongmen like Eugene Sandow XIXth century, kettlebells have won various supporters and athletes. Pavel Tsatsouline used them in his native country (Russia) to drive the Red Army soldiers and finally decided to import them to the United States. The stars were conquered by this 'new' method of training because it only takes a few minutes to burn up calories .. The country is using them to compete like any other competition of weightlifting is a sport in itself, struggling to appear today at the Olympics. (Some works show the use of kettlebells at the time of Ancient Greece as a method of training).
