P90x Pull Up Bars

I warned you: P90X is an extreme program in which he must give their all. I expected a very tough workout but it went beyond my worst fears. The session begins with a warm up. It warms the muscles before starting the session to prepare and avoid the injury that would end the program. We therefore valued on each DVD to find a suitable warm-up session at the meeting at which it is preparing. It already feels the muscles burn on the end. Then I start on push-ups as proposed by Tony Horton, push-ups with very traditional hands at the shoulder width, the easiest. I thought to bind 20 while the supernumeraries of Tony align more than 30 ... but I flinch at 8, I have no strength in his arms and chest ... I force rehearsal for a ninth, a tenth and following ... I fatale, I'm exhausted. To my surprise, the 30 pumps Tony are already completed when I resist ... awesome! Just completed, this leaves room for militaires push-ups, the position of the elbows that changes, folding his arms along the body rather than on the side ... it's harder and j 'chained in 5 ... yes you read correctly: only 5!. No time to rest, except for a few seconds I can switch to the drawbars. This year I frightening, I decided to opt for the machine which has a weight-cons to facilitate traction (the advantage of practicing in the room rather than at home). I choose a weight of 30kg-cons ... and after 5 pulls I'm ready. I can not help but wonder if I would have done so had I not had the camera for me, but sometimes it is better not to know. At the end of five push-ups, I take a break during which I hear Tony Horton string together a dozen additional traction with disconcerting ease, and I force some additional traction to stop at 8 with the muscles on fire. Wow, I'm exhausted. I have not done half of the session, my body stopped responding. I accelerated the session on my iPod to get to the end of stretching I run with great application to be able to get up Tuesday with the same passion for winning that I had to start later Monday. So I returned home very disappointed not only because I have only half the session Chest & Back with low performance in each exercise, but the more I have not even touched Ab Ripper X was normally also part of the meeting. To 16h, being so upset about my performance, I move the furniture of my room and put 12 squares of carpet on the floor and a foam pad on top. No excuses this time, it is called P90X, not a quick workout that follows half. Here we speak of results, sweating, pain, etc.. I put the DVD Ab Ripper X and I try as best they could to make the meeting, which this time is relatively short. Abs exercises that attack my main weakness: my back pain.It was hard to ignore the pain during the exercises but I managed to do the full session, sometimes with fewer repetitions. The two parts of my Monday was over, it came time to continue my nutrition and concentrate on meeting the next day ... hoping to be better. I am very disappointed in my performance, I have done nothing good throughout the session but I expected. I will persevere in this round of P90X, and perhaps the second round will allow me to complete the session and take full advantage of what Tony proposed to me. But before that, I still have 89 days in round 1!. Type down your message below or a Crézé rtrolien from your own site. You can follow responses via RSS. ..
