The gym classes St. Project resume Monday, September 6 at the ballroom, with a new feature this year: the creation of a course for seniors, hosted by Stephanie, on Tuesdays from 11am to 12pm. Other courses are held in the same way as last season: on Monday, with Christine, from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., generalized muscle strengthening (RMG) with hardware (rods, dumbbells ...) and 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., Step (walking choreographed adjustable to work on cardio, coordination music / movement), and Anne, on Tuesday from 19:30 to 20:30, and Thursday from 19h to 20h, generalized muscle strengthening. The price of membership, license included, is € 95 and over are at will. A trial session is offered and payment facilities are available. Registration will be the first week of classes resume (to provide medical certificates).
