Eat Real Food. . . nothing processed (from a can, box or bag). . . fruits, vegetables, whole grains, nuts and seeds. Obviously, not "go" anorexic. you can eat all the fruits and vegetables you want. I like using tapes and occasionally I'll use handweights / weights or things that are sitting around the house like a table or a chair. My "gym inside" is my dining room. . . I workout at home, park on the beach, everywhere! My workouts can be done anywhere. . . you certainly do not need gym or fancy equipment. The piece of equipment that I use all the time is my Gymboss timer. This keeps my interval workouts on the track.
