Well guys I am new to the yahoo forum, very often aunqueleo registered Sinesto issues going good ay I certainly hope I can answer are more orderly. 1 - look I have some ankle weights ie 2kilogramos 4kilogramos both by ankle, I bought one weeks ago, my idea is to improve my jump in volleyball since the year coming up with my current child category to which the highest category Maya volleyball is higher, well I ay. 2 - what type to exercise, I have to do with ankle weights to improve my jump without getting hurt, considering that I have 15 years. 4 - is using the weights every day in my house about 4 or 3 hours, only to have them on.
